Full scholarship for transfer student????

I'm from Richland college and want to transfer to SMU on Fall 2015. I have researched online that SMU has full tuition scholarship for transfer students, but it will be extremely competitive. Only 10 of all applicants will be accepted. I wonder if I have any chances toward this. By the way, I'm an international student.
I'm going to work for TRIO Program at Richland College as a Math Tutor for North Garland High school.
I'm enriching my volunteer experiences now, I'm trying to reach to the point of 200 service hours till next spring
• Network of Community Ministries (7 hours/week): Interviewing the needy to see if they qualify for the borrowed money, listening to their story, providing them food, clothes, etc…
• Richland College’s library: placing CDs, books,... on the bookshelves
• Richland College’s Language Center (7 hours/week): helping students with their lab assignments, joining Subway Green Program provided by Language Center (cutting subway’s bag and knitting them into a purse) with the purpose of protecting the environment
• Komen’s Race For the Cure: fundraising activities for breast cancer patient
These are some Awards, Honors, and Leadership position I'm holding:
• STEM Scholar of DCCCD’s STEM Institute and receive STEM Institute’s scholarship. This is an organization designated by 7 DCCCD schools for students in STEM Field.
• ID Competitive Scholar from which I receive scholarship.
• Really active member and 3 Star Competitive Edge Member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society
• Mentor for ACE Program (Academic and Civic Engagement Program): Schedule time and place for meeting, set up activities for each meeting, consult with members and help them engage in college life, write report to coordinator after each meeting.

Anyone who got this scholarship can tell me if I'm competitive enough???
And how is the interview process?
None of my friends or my acquaintance ever think about SMU, so I have no advice about this scholarship

You sound impressive to me! If you haven’t already reached out to an SMU Admissions Transfer Counselor yet, I would really encourage you to do that. They would be the experts on the process. One of the transfer counselors is Abby Chu who can be reached at abigailc@smu.edu. Maybe she could share average stats of students who have received the full scholarship in the past.

Actually, Abby Chu is the coundelor for high school program in Richland. So I’m not sure if she can answer my question. I emailed another lady who takes care of transfer student from Richland, but she didn’t reply.
I will talk to a counselor at SMU during transfer tour.
Thank you, Lilly119 ^^
