hey guys,

i was just a little curious because one of my friends told me the other day that his brother got a full ride to a d-1 school for basketball managing. (let me clarify, he got in first and then they paid his tuition once he became the manager.) have you ever heard of anything like that? is this something all schools do or just some of them?

i do managing now for my school's basketball team, and i'm pretty interested in an opportunity like that.

thanks.

i am also very interested in the same subject but the difference is that I am a soccer player. I would also like to receive some information about this
thak you guys!!!:D:D

All I know is at Notre Dame, they will give a couple people 100% scholarships when they are seniors, but everyone gets at least a 65% scholly, but this is only for your senior year.

Neighbor's son has a ND football manager scholarship- had to manage every year to receive tuition in senior year.
Several years ago, another student from our high school received full ride at IU which included a football manager scholarship. As he also was class valedictorian, I'm not sure if the full ride was only for managing (though it was described that way at an awards ceremony). He had been manager for the varsity basketball anf football teams all 4 years in high school.)
