Fun reading for Plebe parents and Navy sports fans

The following articles talk about one of the Plebe Summer squads from November Company, whose squad leader is MIDN 1/C Rashawn King, Navy cornerback.

Scout.com: EXCLUSIVE: AN INSIDE LOOK AT PLEBE SUMMER Part I

Scout.com: An Inside Look at Plebe Summer, Part II Part II

Thanks for posting the articles! I do have a question though. Are parents allowed to view PEP? I was hoping to do that on Friday morning of PPW.

^^^ Not this year.

The USNA administration has posted that PEP is a closed activity- as such, parents are not welcomed. No doubt some will try- but that would not be something I would recommend. Rip Miller field is fenced in, and you will not be permitted to enter on any side, including the stands.

I am not one to go where I am not welcome. Thank you for your replies.

2012Mom? - Do you have the link for Part III of the article

The third part, unfortunately, requires membership to the scout.com forum about Navy sports. Otherwise, I would have posted the link. Didn't mean to "tease," but I, too, only have access to the first two parts.

Here's the link to parts three and four.

PART THREE

PART FOUR

ACK--part three is still for members only. Part Four is available. Go figure.

Good news! The publisher of gomids.com has said that, if we wait a week or so, he will make part III accessible, as a favor to USNA parents!!

The publisher of GoMids.com was as good as his word. Part III of the Plebe Summer series of articles is now open for view!
