Funnest CR SAT prep book

Hey all.
I know this seems like a strange question, but I was wondering if anyone knows of any fun SAT prep books in critical reading. I want one so I'll actually practice vocab/passage + questions more often. CR is really boring for me compared to writing and especially math. So, does anyone know of any fun-to-read/kind of interesting CR prep books to read? BTW, my sophomore psat was 650 (just so you have an idea of my current level.)

O yah the blue book! Thats pretty fun

Do you want fun passages or fun content about how to read the passages? As for fun passages, it’s better to read long, dry passages that mimic the real SAT passages so that you can get used to them before the test. If you just read fun passages, then you’ll likely be unable to maintain focus on the real deal on test day.

I am an SAT author, so I have a collection of books I use as research and resources. “Up Your Score” is pretty funny in general, but it doesn’t go into much depth on any of the sections. It’s an enjoyable read, but I would make it a supplementary resource, not your main prep book. My own SAT Reading book isn’t that funny, but only because they isn’t anything too funny about SAT Reading. Good luck!

Funny…I’ve always been pretty into the passages on the SAT…
Then again, I’m the type of person that reads everthing…

Hmmm… Do you know of any books that give you a single passage and a few questions to take every day (or every so often)? They don’t have to be fun because you’re right, the SAT passages will not be fun.

**most fun
