Just saw a thread like this and thought I'd post my own. I was very taken aback my Harvard interview question:

"What fruit or vegetable would you be and why?"

Thinking on my feet, I replied,
"I'd be an apple. I'm not the best physics student and a very firsthand exposure to the field would help me out a lot."

I would be a mango. Because they are really sweet and my name means sweet and I love mangoes. They also look nice. Which everyone wants to be like

Probably an orange…because an orange is somewhat hard on the outside and soft on the inside, I usually act pretty tough (not tough, but you know) but really I’m kinda soft…if that makes any sense…

I would be a strawberry. My favorite color is red which reflects my outgoing personality. At least thats what a quiz said online. But yeah they’re also really sweet and great with yogurt, very versatile.

I would be a strawberry. They are the only fruit that wears their seeds on the outside. While that makes them more vulnerable, it actually helps in spreading the seeds of the fruit which allows them to adapt well. I feel like by carrying my emotions on my sleeve, I too make myself vulnerable. However, this also makes me a more open and genuine person… Not to mention strawberries are so sweet ping smile :D

For student council the application question was what household appliance. I said toilet, because the toilet does a lot of important work but doesn’t get recognized for it.

I would be a blackberry because they are sweet and taste/work well with other fruits. They are yummy in fruit tarts! :)

I was once asked the question “Would you rather be a table cloth or candlestick, and why?” I said candlestick because I could hold a candle, which shines light on those around it.

A cucumber because they’re soon as cool under pressure, hence the colloquial phrase “cool as a cucumber”, yet are versatile and adaptable as they can be used to great effect in nearly any dish and in various forms of cuisine worldwide.
