Funny mistake

Hello,
so I recently emailed UC Berkeley about certain payment issues I had with my UC application, and in my email I wrote “Berkley” instead of “Berkeley” This is such a stupid little thing, but do you think it will affect their perception of me as a student? Like will they take into account this typo when they are reviewing my application? I did not review my email before I sent it unfortunately.
Do you think i should email them and apologize, because it is kind of rude?

Or am I just panicking too much? hahaha

Bump

First, why are you bumping your post 9 minutes after creating it?

Second, I’m trying really hard not to post some some sarcastic post.

Third, with the thousand of emails Berkeley is receiving per day regarding admissions and application issues, do you really think they want and/or care about an apology for a simple type?

Lastly, do you think they really care enough about you that they’ll remember you and your application is doomed because of a typo?

Chill. Let it go. And don’t bump posts that aren’t even 10 minutes old yet.

ouch

But thank you for setting me straight @briank82

It’s such a common typo that no one will even notice.
