<p>Housing over 700 students on 14 floors, this new residence is also located close to McGill’s athletics facilities, grocery stores, pharmacies, numerous convenience stores, a repertory movie theatre, restaurants and, of course, Montreal’s lively downtown. </p>
<p>Most of the rooms in this new hall are double rooms, and all rooms have their own private bathroom. Rooms are fully furnished and feature, amongst other luxuries, air conditioning, mini-refrigerator and double beds (some single rooms even have queen size beds!). On each floor, students can relax in the TV lounge or prepare a little snack in the adjacent kitchenette. A study lounge can also be found on every floor. The magnificent lobby offers a very comfortable lounge and a grand piano! </p>
<p>The fabulous location, on-site cafeteria and many in-house and nearby services will make this a convenient place for students to live in their first year at McGill. Floor fellows on every floor, an active residence hall council and tons of common rooms will help turn this home-away-from-home into a lively community. </p>
