Future AP scores

Do we list future AP tests that we haven't taken yet? I've seen some seniors do this on their apps, but I'm not sure what the general view is.

I think future AP tests are supposed to be listed under AP scores. Is this correct? Thanks for any help.

Yes, you should list future APs, i mean we can do that with the SATs why not with APs?

What do you mean? As in, just list the tests you are going to take but w/o writing scores for them?

No, just say, to be take. Or you can attach a letter from your school with your predicted grades on it.

Don’t do the predicted grades thing, but definitely include the APs you will take somewhere on your app. I wouldn’t put it under the Scores section, because as the name describes, that section is for hard numbers. Put them under the list of courses you are taking this year. There’s a section for that.

sd6: I don’t understand. List of courses is where you put your senior year class schedule.

Can someone verify this? (i’m interested as well)

In the scores section, you put all the AP scores that you have taken

I’m assuming that the future exams that you plan to take are the exams for the AP classes that you are taking in your senior year, so those would go in the senior class schedule and they will appear on your transcript

Put the AP tests in your scores section if you have space. You’ll put the date of the test and leave the score blank. Colleges will understand that these are future exams.

If you have no room, put it in the additional information section under the Writing tab. That’s what I did at least.

In the section where it asks for AP scores, there is a note that says after you have put down your highest scores for the AP tests, you may put in any future AP tests you are planning to take.
