Future in medical school

Ok I really need help here :(
In the beginning i applied to almost 16 schools and got into 12... all the best...
I narrowed it down to 4:

Amherst
Cornell
Tufts
and Johns Hopkins

I want a successful educational path into a great med school, but at the same time I want to enjoy my stay there...
Amherst is top liberal, and great academics
cornell... they say it's really hard, and in the middle of nowhere... not to mention the suicidal tendencies... it's an ivy
Tufts is nice school with a medical program to Tufts medical school
Johns Hopkins.. is Johns Hopkins... :) the best research university!! a pre-med powerhouse... but cutthroat and not so enjoyable due to the hard work and the tough grading system (which can hurt your chances when applying to med schools)

I would really appreciate your help
:(

Oddly enough, you’ve said nothing about which school(s) you actually liked.

“Oddly enough, you’ve said nothing about which school(s) you actually liked.”

Those are the four he likes. I’m sure he wouldn’t be posting if he knew which he liked most.

Need more info…

Is cost an issue?

Have you visited all 4 schools?

But shades asked the real question. The rest of the questions that FJH asked are irrelevant. He should go to the school that he likes the best and sees as the best fit for him. Sit in for classes, spend an evening in the dorms, eat dinner at food service. Where you are happy is where you will best succeed.

These are all fine schools. Don’t believe that grade deflation/competitive crap unless you see actual statistics indicating a school has grade deflation.

I find it hard to believe someone who likes Amherst would also like Cornell.
