<p>Agreed. I don't think they'll hold it against you for being Conservative. They're less concerned with whether you're liberal/conservative, and more concerned with how dedicated you are.</p>
<p>PS, though most people here are liberal, the Harvard Republicans are an extremely vocal minority.</p>
