Hey guys! I tried seraching for this question on the advance search but I couldn't find it??? =/ So here's my question.

In the standardized test section of the application, they allow you to input your test scores. But I was wondering about the AP exams I'm GOING to take this year and if I input those or not?

You should list them and place IP. Be sure to have them send your scores directly to USC.

List them and put IP for the score. Be sure to have them send your scores directly to USC.

Yah! I assume that we should do that and I tried but it would not allow me to save it as "IP" it said that I made an error and to enter a valid score.

So? =/? What should I do?

Guess not. I guess you could mention it in the "anything else you want us to know" section, but it might be a non-issue and understood when they look over your transcript.

Unless you've never taken an AP test, I bet they assume you'd be taking them in May, so you shouldn't worry about it. AP test results are more important when they actually place you, anyway.

I don't think AP scores factor into admissions more than a hair, so like TrojanTransfer said, it's more important that, come May, you send your scores to the college you're attending.

Last year, I only entered AP tests I had already taken. They will see what AP classes you have in progress on your academic history and your transcript and assume you will take the test in May. As ppenguin says, I don't think AP scores matter much in admissions, but even if they did - you don't have those scores yet so putting "IP" would make no difference. Just list AP scores you have already received.
