I didn't get into my first choice, the University of Chicago this year, and I'm looking at planning out a transfer for the next year.
If I graduated high school with a 3.7 UW
Already have a 2350 on the SAT
Already have a 35 on the ACT
I plan to make between 43-45/45 on the IB diploma programme examinations
I also plan to attend UChicago Summer session, if they take me, take their classes, and hopefully be able to do really well.
I'm looking at my probability of NYU being my first year school, and I think as an NYU CAS student, if I work really hard, considering what the IB has prepared me for, I will be able to make between a 3.8-4.0 my first semester.
Good essays, and solid recommendations, would this give me a shot at UChicago transfers next year?
If not, my second choice for transfer would be Northwestern.
Let me know! The future transfer could use some guidance and help.

Just for clarification purposes: I don’t have those scores yet, but if I already had them by that time, aka retake the tests, would it be fine?
