<p>wow thats a crapload of stuff. anyone from the previous years recommend certain events? must-sees? etc...</p>
<p>do you think it would matter if I skipped out on Welcome Week? It seems they are providing the same programs and events everyday...
Also, if I do go, what happens to meals? Do our meal plans kick in right away?</p>
<p>The schedule seems to be completely different from last year. Last year we had stuff for the Career Center and meet and different clubs. This year, the events seem to be more specialized for some of the majors.</p>
<p>Yes meal plans kick in immediately, the day you move in.
I think the sunset from the Campanile is cool...um...the special events I guess like Chancellor's Reception/Calapalooza/Caltopita...haha I don't know, go to what you're interested in I suppose depending on your major/interests/activities/etc</p>
