I've been wondering about something for a long time now; Since I live in Canada, I can't exactly get a straight, adamant answer from my school guidiance cousellors -

Do Ivy League universities consider ALL 4 years of your high school G.P.A?

Is the G.P.A the OVERALL AVERAGE of my 4 years of high school, or only the last few years, etc? Or just the grade 12 year?

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks.

I'm not entirely sure about this, but I think that your GPA is cumulative. I know that Princeton doesn't really take 9th grade into consideration in the admissions process, but the grades you got would still influence your GPA. I don't know if it's the same for Harvard though, sorry.

I'm from Canada as well! Toronto, you?

Hey, thanks for your reply! I'm from Toronto, too xD North York, to be exact. I'm in 10th grade currently, and my average is sitting at 95% .. but my grade 9 wasn't that great. x__x

I have somehow managed to get nothing under 90% on any tests or anything. I just started finals, so I hope I can maintain and/or raise my average. Good luck!
