Game Of Nerds

A game you can play by yourself or with friends, to test your knowledge in up to 15 categories, including:

You can also author your own questions to add to the game. I was referred on another forum, so I figured I'd pass it along. Rather addictive.

Who wants to be my friend? I’m hobbithill on the game site too.

Since I gave you my reference link, everyone who signs up with it appears on my screen with a “Do you want this person to be your friend?” question. If you want me to hit yes, go ahead and post so.

Yup 10charss

Four so far. Let’s see if there’s anyone else.

Hit yes for me too.

There seems to be some kind of delay in yours, almost there. I’ll hit yes when it appears.

im in 10char

So it’s just trivia???

Laaame

A test of knowledge.

There are no missing/damaged limbs.

she wants your coins just sign up for her

1.) “He”
2.) That’s actually an added bonus. The primary reason I posted this was that someone I know on another forum designed this game, and I said I’d help spread the word.

@ DOlorous

lame
adjective /lām/
lamer, comparative; lamest, superlative

(of a person or animal) Unable to walk normally because of an injury or illness affecting the leg or foot

 • his horse went lame

(of a leg or foot) Affected in this way

(of an explanation or excuse) Unconvincingly feeble

 • it was a lame statement and there was no excusing his behavior

(of something intended to be entertaining) Uninspiring and dull

(of a person) Naive or inept, esp. socially

 • anyone who doesn’t know that is obviously lame

(of verse or metrical feet) Halting; metrically defective

When used enough, a word can take on multiple meanings.

Smart ass fail :p

I’m sorry, I got too tired of reading the definitions that sided with me to get way down to the bottom, where you’re dwelling.

Anyway, I take back what I said.

This is pretty cool, I actually know a lot of stuff haha.

I wish it told you the answers though :frowning: so you could learn at the same time.

My name on there is madogmgd.

You will learn answers to the questions, but don’t get too complacent, all users can write new questions, and they get approved fairly quickly.

And I sent you a request. After you accept, you can use me as a life line during the game (even if I’m off-line). I’ve got a pretty high rating in several categories so far, so hopefully I’ll be a useful one (whether “I” can give you the answer or not is based on my rating).

what’s the highest score you guys have gotten?

@ DE

Alright cool

Took me a while to break 400, but now I’m at 1284. I get everyone’s username by being the one to refer you, but if everyone posts theirs, then the others can get it, too, and build friend/information lists. As anyone who has joined so far knows, mine is “Asarlai.”
