game plan for APUSH

What is everyone planning on doing the last night?

I'm making a few outlines of some major themes/events.

So far i've done.... Vietnam, Watergate(teacher prediction), Civil Rights movement, WWI, Mexican War, Civil War, Progressives, New Deal

I'm going to do... women's rights, spanish-american war, nullifcation, sectionalism, westward expansion

relaxing...no point in gettin' too stressed the night before the exam...I'll skim some notes, and probably refresh my memory on a few topics w/ PR.

Man, we have to go in at 745 tomorrow morning to take the exam, even though we don't have school.

going to a study session at a nearby high school with this crazy teacher..he's amazing..his students are lucky because they have his class for 1 1/2 hours every day. at my high school, we have APUSH every other day..

I'm relaxing, too.

I got back from school early today just to take a 3 hr nap hahaha.

I'm just going to refresh my memory in the next few hr.

I might skim some notes, but mostly I will just make sure I get some sleep. I feel pretty confident that the multiple choice will remind me of enough specific terms to write my essay, and I feel good about how much I know already.

i am going to take the last practice test

im going to find my book... its buried somewhere in my room

took a nap :-P
ziggytheman- 7:45, count yourself lucky. Our daily school day starts at 7:40, morning APs, you have to be in the room by 7:30.

nicole07, you wouldn't happen to be typing those outlines would you? I am totally desperate for just the information (Barrons is just too much to read)

juniorinhs: lol...i guess 730 is worse than 745, but it just sucks to know that you don't have school, but your one of like 15/450 that have to go to school that day.

also, I second what Jr in HS said regarding Nicole's outlines. :)

I took the APUSH already.

I don't know if this applies to all students but if your teacher gave you a sheet of paper with a list of words you need to define, and such.. Just read that over.
It will cover everything you NEED to know.

If your teacher did not or you failed to do it, then look online.
I forgot where but there is a site that posts them.
They have like 1500 words.

That's all I reviewed before the AP USH Exam and I got a... 5 XD

i am going to pull of an all nighter study, till 700 am

Apnotes.net has outlines for the American Pageant, which is the textbook most APUS classes use.

theres no way its gonna be water gate....

We use Alan Brinkley's "American History- A Survey"
but this looks helpful, thanks, Munro

ah sorry i'm not outlining them. but if you IM me on AIM i can tell you some supporting details but not in general.

I really think sectionalism is a really good theme that has to come up somewhere.

Watergate does seem out there but there could be one about all those scandals.

aim xonicole143ox. i'll be away for 10 minu tho
