<p>About the grad/undergrad process: Unsure. Never looked at grad app process. But I would think that having job experience would be more important and possibly interviews, as well, then on the UG scale.</p>
<p>If adcoms read this list, I hope they feel a little bad about the fact that a lot of us are filled with questions about their criteria/way of choosing/anything else and that they don't help us!</p>

<p>As far as grad vs. undergrad admissions, they're totally different. You apply to a particular department, not the admissions office. Also, there's a lot more emphasis on research and a lot less on ecs. </p>
