Gameday Question

If I don't want to get stuck with sh1tty seats today, what time should I plan on making my way to the stadium... that is for student section of course.

Thanks in advance.

should’ve went now

how do i get tickets? is it worth getting season tickets? it looks like online, i can only get season passes, not singles…i’m so confused.

student season tickets are sold out already.

how are people getting the free t-shirt btw?

^
They were passing them out this past week on sproul for student season ticket holders.

wait…how did they verify if you have a season pass?

its encoded in your student id

soo there’s no way of getting season passes anymore?! : / why didn’t anyone tell me… ugh o well…how much are single tickets? for stanford game

We received a postcard from Cal in the summer announcing when tickets went on sale for incoming freshmen. If you want to go to the basketball games, go online now to buy them. Hopefully those will still be available.

bball tickets are always available. lol there’s nothing like football tickets in the student section; just get 'em next year. you can check if there’s any single tickets left for das big game on the website. chances are, there are (at least this early in the season) some and if you get close enough to the SS, you can just sneak in sideways.

does anyone have the link?

[California Golden Bears - Students](The Bench | Student Section Tickets - California Golden Bears Athletics)

That was quite a massacre. My niece is a UC Davis cheerleader, and even she was impressed by the Cal football team and great fans. I was at the game and enjoyed the display of athleticism and student pride. That new freshman, Keenan Allen, looks like a player that will make the pro ranks.

Congratulations–

Lol. I may eat my words, but Cal has a pretty decent streak of doing well in preseason and absolutely crapping out during the season. Disappointed me my first year and I got my hopes up again last year because it was “our year” … lol.
Glad you enjoyed the game though cruzer. First game of the year and the Stanford game (maybe the UCLA game) are the best ones to attend.

how much are tix for the Big Game if youre a student but dont have the season pass? it says 66 on the website for reserved but I thought students get a discount-wth???

my parents and sister (also student) want to go too and i havent actually been to a single game yet.

I bought one over the weekend and I didn’t get a student discount (not that I looked). It cost $73 in total because I printed it out (cheapest option) plus tax. $66 is just the price, not including tax and whatever else.

how hard is it to sneak in the student section?

i know someone who did it. not hard.?

If you are relatively close, not that hard. If you have to shift halfway around the stadium to get near, lots of chances to be intercepted.
