Gannett not received health Form

When I check my registration preview for the health component, it says:

You are not in compliance with Health Requirements.

According to our records, you have not yet met all the health requirements mandated by Cornell University and New York State. You must complete the Health History Form and demonstrate compliance with immunization requirements by August 14, 2009 or you will be assessed a $100 late fee. Further delays could result in disenrollment, so please submit these materials as soon as possible.

Does this mean that they have received my form and found that I do not meet requirements? Or does it mean that they have not received my form? Or does it mean that it can be either one?

you know, sometimes it’s easier to pick up a phone and call as opposed to asking CC.

…just saying.

If they have received your form, you should get a mail within the next few days.

For example, I sent in my form incomplete and they sent it back with highlighted areas that I needed to further complete. They also included a personal letter that informed me that I had not incompleted the form.

I called them and they said that they are transferring stuff to a new computer, so wait like next week. A month ago I got the same message in the mail saying they didn’t receive it so I called them and they said they had it apparently, but just didn’t put it on the computer yet.
