<p>So my college decisions turned out not as I expected and hoped for. I got into like 2 safetys, 2 matches, 1 Waitlisted Reach. The 1 match won't work because my parents pretty much do not want me to go there, the other match won't give me engineering the first year, the 1 safety only lets me take engineering for 3 years then i have to transfer, and the other safety kinda is a joke to me because it's like I worked really hard in high school to end up there? sooo now I'm considering doing a gap year in another country, possibly working or volunteer work. Orrr take classes overseas. Anyone know of some good international programs for work or volunteer things. Also, any good international universities?</p>
<p>Also, how do colleges view someone who goes to Community College for 2 years then try to transfer into their school? Is it hard? Would I be up to par with the education at that university?</p>
