Gap Year Question

Should I write an essay or list my GAP YEAR activities in bullet points?
I think writing an essay would be more helpful, but I am not sure whether it is allowed for this section or not.

I actually wrote mine in a letter format–I don’t know what is or isn’t allowed, but they basically let you upload a text document so they don’t say that something has to be bulleted or in paragraph form. Anything that succinctly explains what you did, I think, would be best since bullets leave a lot to the imagination. And besides, why not let them hear what you did for that year in your own voice?

That can’t hurt.

tick did or will take gap year, write your essay in MSWord(it shouldnt be too long, just focus on the highlights)then upload.that should be fine.
