I’m an Indian. I have applied to GeorgiaTech for Regular Decision. The course I have applied for is Computer Science.
So here are my details:
I have scored 1990 on my SAT.
I have taken the SAT subject tests in Math 2 and Physics and scored 790 and 750 respectively.
My high school results will be out in May sometime so I have performed quite well in academics throughout high school. I stand 6th in my grade out of 120 students. During my 10th grade I secured a 94.3% in my examination. My predicted scores by my teaches come up to 93% in 12th grade.
I was selected as a House Captain. Only 5 people get the chance to be a captain.
I have participated in debates and Model United Nations. I secured an Honourable Mention at the Harvard Model United Nations out of a committee of 120 delegates.
I was the part of the school team which secured the runner up place at the Asian Region Space Settlement Design Competition.
I was sent for leadership training at the Student Leaders Convention in Singapore by my school.
I was the chief designer for my school Editorial committee.
I have been learning drums from 7 years.
Taken part in community service program called the NSS (National Social Service).
Organized various events for school fests including events including one about ethical hacking.
SAT is too low for international admission from a competitive pool like ours in India sorry.
Your EC’s are good but not exceptional and with no hooks it will be difficult for you. Financial Aid status?
Your SAT is too low for GT. I hope you have other more reasonable schools.
