Gatech or Umich or CMU for mechanical engineering

I am an international student and I am trying to decide which university to say yes to for MechE, Gatech, Umich or CMU. I've been quite interested in gatech especially for its engineering reputation and its rigor in every engineering program.

Umich is a more well-rounded university. Other than a chance of a better college experience, if you are planning to get an engineering job, job placements shouldn't be worse at gatech right? Or will one graduate with a more well-paid job because umich's name is a better brand?

Lastly, how is the ME program at gatech? I have a feeling gatech's is better than CMU's. Is it as reputable as CMU's computer science program? Does private vs. public come into play? I plan to minor in aerospace, so that's a great plus about gatech. But I hear mechatronics is great at CMU and I'm interested in both specifications of MechE. Pls help.

Go with GT!
UofM is a good school. However, if you have visited, you will know that engineering is not the focus and, in fact, is across campus. CMU does not have the strength in engineering that GT has.
For aerospace minor, DEFINITELY go with GT. It is #3 in the country for Aero/Astro. Enough said.
