what ?! 1st of july? why is it so early?

@Aoki I got my acceptance around April and still haven’t filled mine out yet xD

@Jolly I think the reason they want it so early is so that they can have everything processed and verified in their system. Also, it removes holds on your account so that you can register for classes. I found the deadline for immunization forms on this site:
[Immunization Requirements](http://health.gatech.edu/new_students/Pages/default.aspx)

@Dolly- Jolly, ya it is early. hahaha. I think I will do the blood test first to find out my vaccination requirements.

@JM- Jm, what have you done so far for the immunization? I should have purchased the insurance earlier. I guess my pocket gonna have a hole again for the health care. T_T

My classes finish on june 28th. i don’t think i can complete the immunization by 1 july… btw for international students, how do we make a request for i-20? i can’t find it in buzz port . thanks!

Jolly- If I am right (if), we do not have to worry much about the I-20. I think the priority is to finish all the admin stuff, and we can get the I-20 pretty easy. Just have to call the and ask for it.

wanna think about that…

Do you guys know when your deposit deadline is? I’ve looked and can’t seem to find a date on the website

15 july. it is on the buzz port

when is the deadline for housing???

There is no deadline. May 1st was the deadline to be guaranteed housing. So now it’s first come first serve. I managed to get assigned a room last week. But it’s a shared room. Woodruff South. I signed up for all the apartment-style housing (Maulding, 6th street, ULC, North Ave, etc.) But i guess they didn’t have room?

if i pay for the housing but i don’t get a room, will gatech give me full refund???

@Jollydolly if you apply for housing and dont get a room you only loose the $80 application fee
If you are applying for housing now you will mostly likely be put on a waitlist. However they tell you the number you are on the list and the system updates itself so you move up on the list a little everyday. the waitlist does move fast for housing.
If your on the admission’s waitlist you wont find until after July 15th which is the deposit deadline for the accepted transfers. After that the admission’s office will know how many open spots are available at Tech and then they’ll take students from the waitlist.

Immunization forms and dates successfully submitted!! PHEW!! :D

Did anyone get transfer credit report? I didn’t. however, they said it would take 7-10 business days after the initial acceptance. I am just curious to know how much credits I got transferred. checking everyday. 11th business day has passed already!

@khanprat Don’t worry, I’m in the same situation as you. All of my credits are on my transfer credit report except for my Spring 2013 grades. I talked to an Admission’s counselor a few weeks ago about this and they said that they’re behind on processing them due to a high volume of transcripts being sent in recently. Furthermore, once Undergrad admissions gets the transcripts, they have to be sent to the Registrar’s office to verify the course(s) and give credit for Tech’s equivalent course. But they reassured me that all of the courses will be in the report by the time we go to Tech for Transfer FASET orientation.

I registered for FASET-2. Hopefully I don’t have to wait that long period to get the report!

i haven’t submitted immunization . Is it going to be a big problem if i submit it late?

^ I think that they put a hold on your account and you can’t register for classes. I would get the forms and information entered asap.

I got my immunization approved. B)

Hey guys I’m thinking about transferring to Georgia Tech after my freshman year at Southern Polytechnic State Uni., can you please post your stat, if you got accepted, so I can have an idea of what I need to do to get accepted.
