Can Gateway to Prep Schools view your application when you have saved it? Can schools read what you have written before you have submitted?

I am pretty sure that schools cannot view your application when you have only saved it. A lot of people decide against applying to a school even when they have partially filled out the candidate profile. The school does not need another useless profile (that’s probably not even finished) to add to their thousands of applications. Besides the school has enough submitted application and not enough time to go around nosing in people’s unfinished applications even if they could…
