gay friendly LAC's

Okay I'm down to four schools. (I've been accepted to all four)

Albion College
Allegheny College
Baldwin-Wallace College
Guilford College

Which one do you think would be the most friendly in terms of population and acceptance?

Guilford has Quaker origins, ri-ight? So maybe it’s similar to Quaker schools like Bryn Mawr, Haverford and Swarthmore, all of which are gay-friendly…???

I know that BW is very cool with the gays.
i have many close gay friends who attend there and very much enjoy it and feel very included and accepted
Feel free to PM me for more details

Baldwin Wallace and Guilford have LGBT offices, which confirms their commitment to LGBT issues.

Allegheny and Baldwin Wallace are both on Campus Climate Index, another place to start.

Of course, contacting current students is the best way to get information.

Guilford, definitely. Greensboro is reasonably gay-friendly, and there’s a fairly sizable LGBT population at UNCG.

none. dont come to college here in the US please. Thanks.

–post rebuked, I should have read–

check for whichever one is closest to the YMCA and there you have it.

I know this post is old, and your question is answered, but some of you are posting ridiculous things. If you don’t have anything helpful to say, don’t say it. People on here are looking at colleges, which implies a certain level of maturity…something some of you just don’t seem to have.
