I can't be the only gay person on campus... Anyone out there?

i’m gay too. unless we’ve already met?

are you a freshman? i am.

im bi, but im not out.

Well are you gay or bi? And if you’re not out, you’re not going to meet anyone, duh. :P

haha too scared.

It is scary to be out…all of those raging conservatives on campus will stone you. :P

Me too. Tough to meet people out there.

Why not just meet people in general? Who cares about their orientation?

I don’t go out there and purposely seek straight people to be friends. Just be who you are. If people don’t wanna talk to you because you’re gay - well, they aren’t the types you wanna be friends with, right?

@misterpresident Because it’s really nice to know somebody who can relate to you. Also it may be nice to potentially date at some point. I’m sure you would probably want 1 straight friend if all of your current friends were gay?

haha thank you ryan!

Haha, no problem. I completely understand (see, isn’t that nice? Lol). Even though I’m out, i still don’t know as many gay guys (in person) as I would like. But we’ll get there at some point. Realize its extremely difficult, but you should consider coming out… Nobody where i am cares, and it does make things easier.
