GC Recommendation...

<p>my school fairly large 1600 students</p>

<p>about 280 students per counselor.</p>

<p>I gave my rec to my counselor like 2 months ago... around early oct...</p>

<p>she asked for a resume and some stuff that she could work with.. and i gave her one..</p>

<p>like a couple days later she told me she was done... and like mid november, i was able to see the recommendation... She basically didnt even fill anything out left all the stuff blank, put no basis for judgement... haha. She started a little, and then i think she got bored, and left the rest blank</p>

<p>she is in charge of some school activities and probably has no time for these Rec's, she is fairly new at my school 2 years. So whatever. And, she already sent them off.....</p>

<p>anyways, how much will they hurt? or they wont hurt at all since nothing was there...</p>

<p>I don't think it will hurt, since your counselor is new and probably doesn't know you well.</p>

<p>Well the schools he/she's applying to won't know that so I would keep bothering her until she completes it.</p>

<p>she just like drew lines through the response ones. and put no basis for judgement or something like that.</p>

<p>My counselor forgot to fill out one part of the application, the part where he actually recommends me! He didn't realize it for a few weeks and I then had to fax it to the school</p>

<p>I didn't know my counselor at all. Like, he actually kept getting me confused with this other girl, calling me down to answer her questions and such. </p>

<p>I still got into Princeton. Don't stress too much, just hope that your other recs are stellar. Best of luck!</p>
