GED look bad for transfer appl?

<p>I have a GED in high school. Will this effect my chances at transfer to UC schools? Im worried.</p>

<p>nope...your fine as long as you have a strong ccc record and high GPA. I had to take one because of a year of missing academic year of transcripts and I still got into Berkeley</p>

<p>my friend flunked out of high school and transferred to Berkeley after one year at De Anza.</p>

<p>thats not amazing at all lol i mean, its awesome, but its not like their high school record has an impact on their transfer application.</p>

<p>you can have a 4.0 in high school or not even graduated and it wont matter.</p>
