I am currently being home schooled rite now will take the GED or TASC and SAT can i get into at least 50th best or better ranked collage like NYU or Hunter or Cornell ??

Look at those universities’ requirements to make sure they accept the GED (my guess is most will, but it’s your job to verify). Search for the average or 25/75%ile SAT/ACT scores of admitted students to get an idea of where you stand.

@illgetintoivy Only if you do well in them – but that does not mean “take all 20-something AP courses out there.” You should take the most challenging course load you can reasonably handle.
Learning to write in English would increase your chances (rite?).
Riting skills are always useful.
