Actually, given md5hash’s name, I’m assuming that he’s into both computer science and mathematics (how could the two not go together :P), so I’m going to revise my list a bit:

Stanford
MIT
Berkeley
CMU
Cornell

Because they want a superior education to what MIT offers. Duh.

thanks for your replies

@failboat: from seeing your profile I noticed that you were accepted to Cornell. Would you mind telling me what you like about it? At the moment it is one of my favorite universities in terms of campus beauty and engineering.

Haha, the find posts by ____ link strikes again.

I have had an affinity towards mathematics and computer science since middle school. At some point in my Sophomore year, I was working on reverse-engineering the network protocol of some game, and I received help from this friend of mine who went by the alias of Error. He was extremely smart, and not at all condescending whenever I asked him questions. Later he told me that he studied CS at Cornell, which in turn made me decide that I want Cornell as my first choice.

Good luck in your search.

CMC, CMU, CalTech, MIT, Olin, Rose Hulman, Georgia Tech, Renesslear, Case, Rice, Harvey Mudd
