General Chemistry II at community college

Just finished my general chemistry class at the local community college...so now I have a full year of college level chemistry transferrable to UC schools. (CHEM M01A and CHEM M01B)

My question is: will this really make me competitive? And are these truly "transferrable" if my major is some sort of science? (biochemistry or something)

Thanks. Now I have a summer and I am very glad.

BTW my UC GPA (not bounded by the 8 term limit) is 4.42 and my UW GPA is 3.6. I have taken 6 AP classes, 2 approved honors courses, and plan on taking 6 more AP classes next year.

I took the SAT and got a 2100 and plan on taking it again after I do some practice tests...I am honestly aiming for above a 2250 =]

Am I competitive for UCLA?

With good ECs I think you would have a good shot.

bump

Should I take more classes at the college senior year, or should I just worry about high school?
