General Chemistry or Introduction to Chemistry

I’m a rising junior at a dual-enrollment/early college high school and I plan on majoring in Chemistry once I get to college. This most recent semester I took honors Chemistry and passed the class with an A. However, my college offers two introductory Chemistry classes, Intro to Chem and General Chem. In my situation, which of the two would be best for me to take?

General chemistry is typically the entry level college chemistry course for students who have had high school chemistry. Introduction to chemistry may be offered at some colleges for students who have not had high school chemistry that may be listed as a prerequisite for general chemistry.

But you specific college may be different. Since you did not give a link to the college’s course catalog or the course descriptions and prerequisites, it is hard for others here to give you a more detailed answer.
