General Essay Question

Hello, everyone, I am currently a junior and trying to start to think about my college essays that I will start over the summer, and was wondering whether it is more important to discuss an aspect of yourself that is not apparent on the rest of your application or to talk about one of your extracurriculars? I have done a lot of research but it seems as though it is somewhat split. I personally would think that it would be better to talk about something not already on the application, but I am not really sure. Thanks!

I guess your position is right. It’s better to feel confidence in the topic that you have chosen rather than do research a lot without any practical result. Anyway, there’s always an opportunity to get your essay done by ca.edubirdie.com online without any worries about such kind of things like a topic, style of writing etc.

@vegucated26 It depends! Whether it’s an EC or another aspect that will give the reader some insight into understanding who you are, that’s the goal. Talk about something that is really important to you, but focus on you, how have you grown, how it has defined you, and make it fun and interesting too if you can!
