<p>DD going to grad school at UPENN in sept..just got the bill...and it lists a general fee of $2318..for graduate activities,recreational activities, and career placement...this seems very high esp for a grad student...and according to my DD, does not include gym...Is it just me or does this seem a bit high</p>
