GENERAL good scores for SATII s

So I've been looking at different threads and seen a lot of "retake?" etc... I'm not wondering so much about my particular scores as much as what constitutes a good score in general. It's easy to find SAT ranges for individual schools, but I have been unsuccessful in my search for SAT II ranges...
What do you all consider a good score on any SAT II for the following schools?

Harvard University
Middlebury College
Johns Hopkins University
Bates College
Bucknell University
Trinity College

There is a range in the selectivity of the list of schools you have provided, but for the upper schools, 750+ seems to be general the goal.

750+ for any exam except asian languages, where anything less than an 800 honestly sucks.

thanks! 750 does seem to be the threshold people are stressing to cross… but where does this number come from?
Also, in terms of the range, I think it would be helpful to know what scores are considered “good” for the schools further down the list (I tried to list a range so I can consider my scores in terms of what “category” of school they fit in with).

it really depends on the test, the context, and which school.

my friend got a 720 on bio after a year of Pre-IB as a freshman (AP intensity, didn’t cover sufficient material to take AP test). That’s considered a pretty good score.

Lit is very difficult to do well on.

I don’t think that 750 is significant for any specific reason other than it is within 50 points of a perfect score which is not only a high score, but more aesthetically pleasing than a high 600 or low 700.

As for the schools further down the list, i would say anything over 700 is pretty solid.
