I have a question about internships. I plan on transferring to a University that is very far from my home. I will be living on campus and will have no vehicle to commute anywhere. If I were to obtain an internship nearby, would I have to have my own vehicle to commute there? Can you shed some light on how you deal with living far away and commuting to internships? I know there are other methods of transportation as well but I was curious. Thanks.

What exactly is your question? You need transportation to get to an internship unless you either telecommute or have a teleportation device that can beam you to your office.

If you don’t have a car, then you’ll need something. How far would it be from campus? Within biking distance? If biking isn’t feasible (distance or simply because it’s unsafe) then you’d either need to use public transportation if that’s available, or hope you meet somebody who just happens to work nearby who’d be willing to carpool with you.
