General question about scoring in ACT

How do you get a score on the ACT? For example, if you get 26, 29, 30 and 34 on each, how do you calculate the score? Do you take the average?

Also, would that be the score that will be sent to colleges? Will they be able to look at the individual subject's score?

Yeah you just take the subscore averages to get the composite and yeah the colleges can look at each subject’s score and the composite score
