Son is trying to decide if he should apply to Mines. We are OOS and currently a $14k scholarship wouldn’t be enough. We are seeing the General Scholarships - specifically the Harvey. Does anyone have insight in to these? Questions such as-

  • How many are awarded?
  • What’s the process?
  • Ideas of what they are actually looking for?
  • Any other insights?

If you go year by year, it looks like 12 per.

You might ask for your student to speak with a prior winner to get your questions answered.
