General transfer questions

As I was looking through an application checklist for Cornell University, the first thing I came across was “Transfer Application (CA or UCA)”. Can someone tell me what it is? I know it sounds very silly but I found it quite vague. Is it an application form? Is the one in CA different to the one in UCA? Is it same as other university’s “transfer application”? I also saw " Academic Evaluation(CA) or Professor Recommendation (UCA) ." Aren’t they exactly same thing?

Well, I think there is the Common App transfer app which is different than the app for freshmen admission, and the Universal app. You should open a profile in both and look at the questions, and see which one you think will present you in the best light. I don’t think Academic Eval (prob grades and stats you self list) is the same as Professor Rec which is straight forward and self explanatory. I transferred to Cornell in the day before CA and UCA so can’t help much.
