<p>I intend on being an English Major, and am wondering which of these SUNYs has the stronger department for English. </p>

<p>I will be going to graduate school for a form of English Literature, which of these schools will prepare me better for a graduate program? </p>

<p>Also which will give me a competitive quality in the graduate school admissions process?</p>

<p>ive heard Bing has a good english department, but this choice comes down to whether you want to go to a larger university or basically a small LAC. the difference in program strength is negligible. while Bing has more street name recognition, grad schools know Geneseo just as well as Bing.</p>
