Intended field of study: Either going pre-med or business. I haven't been able to decide. Please classify as match, reach, mega-reach, etc.

Your school is a magnet public school that sends many graduates to top universities and you offer a total of 3 APs? How odd.

Small class size. Hmm your school mascot doesn't happen to be the atom does it?

You can only apply to Wharton or CAS at UPenn

No -- Vagelos and Huntsman are on the menu. I have the brochure, and I spent five days at UPenn mingling with the students and talking with the admissions counselor.

I was good friends with a guy from High Tech High at RSI this summer. He did not mention the meager number of APs offered however. I assumed such a strong school would have more APs, at least in the sciences.

"The MIT Kid"

No names here, please.

As you wish.

"No -- Vagelos and Huntsman are on the menu. I have the brochure, and I spent five days at UPenn mingling with the students and talking with the admissions counselor."

I know what the joint programs are. Did you just list the schools/programs or Penn separately. Because, you are technically only applying to Wharton Huntsman (or whatever joint you choose) - and then you pick a back-up, either the College or Wharton - for if you don't get into a joint.

I listed them separately because I wasn't sure of what I could get into, and putting them all together might make people just answer for UPenn General College instead of anything else. I'm not quite sure what gave the impression that I thought these weren't part of UPenn or anything, or what caused any sort of confusion altogether.

i'd say most of those are match/reach. just sort of depends on who reads the applications. not too familiar with some of the schools though
