I want to get ahead of this coming year by studying geometry this summer.
So, what is the best self-teaching geometry book that I can get?
Thanks.

To be honest geometry is pretty easy as long as you know your algebra well then you should be fine.

^
What an awful answer.
Oh yeah, since it is so easy, find the area of this triangle for me: http://i184.■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■/albums/x153/spl10246/WkTxU.png

I certainly can’t figure it out.

^ I only got as far to find out the area of the square minus the circle: 2.43

Geometry is a really intense subject. I’d argue that it’s way more difficult than both Algebra I and Algebra II. I’m not sure of any self-teaching books, but we used Prentice Hall Geometry this year.

The area of the triangle is about one third. (a little less)
