<p>My sister has a George Foreman grill that she used in college but just graduated and no longer needs it. I think it would be useful for me when I don't want to eat in the cafeteria, but is it allowed? Do George Foremans fall under the 'no hotplates' rule?</p>
<p>if your dorm style, it's not worth bringing it. cooking in the dorm is tricky. if you're apt, you should be fine.</p>
<p>I say try it out. If you don't use it, just return it.</p>
<p>Just hide it that one week they have "surprise" inspections. That's what I'm planning to do. I figure what they don't know won't hurt them unless I start a fire...again.</p>
