Other colleges I’ve seen literally tweet “by April 1” until the second decisions are released, even if it’s going to be later that day
@nsliyromanov I’m actually abroad with YES Abroad this year. I know a lot of DoS scholarship kids apply to GW and American.
A bit of an odd question, but are there any international applicants on this thread? I heard GW was a very internationally-minded school, hence one of the reasons I applied there.
The transfer kids were notified over the weekend I guess. I have hope for today

Just checked the portal and it is “Closed for Maintenance.” That is a good sign that decisions are coming today.
One of my colleges had the same thing one day and decisions came that evening.

International applicant here too! After being accepted only to wheaton college and waitlisted to hampshire and bates i really can’t wait to hear the news from GW, however bad they can be lol
On Friday, they tweeted at around 1 pm EST that it wouldn’t come out and it is almost 1 pm there now…so maybe it is coming out!
I got rejected from Georgetown and JHU too lol…I literally did everything I could for gtown…but my gpa is atrocious lol
They haven’t responded to any tweets hopefully they’re busy making things happen. Have any international students tracked their UPS my choice account if you have one? Some schools send an acceptance by UPS to international students
@Sassygogo GW doesn’t only look at GPA so you should be good. What was your GPA though?
