My babygirl has been ACCEPTED to the Elliot School of International Affairs and the University Honors Program. She also received the Presidential Academic Scholarship!!! She did not receive a likely letter and applied test optional. Her EC’s and LOR’s were outstanding!!
Accepted to the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences as an international students with around a 4.2 gpa/test optional choice. Only applied because of the test optional policy, guessed it paid off 
mine still says under review as well
I’m so relieved, I got my first rejection and 2 waitlists last week and really needed good news, thanks GW for pulling through for me

Waitlisted with a 2100 ( but a 590 in math LOL) and a 3.83 weighted gpa. had a pretty generic supplement so i think that might be why i was waitlisted…( waitlist number five which is kinda insane!!)… hope everything works out well for all of us, regardless of the decision <3

Wait Listed - With a 3.9 unweighted GPA, 33 ACT, 7 AP classes and many EC’s including volunteer work, Captain of my sport & speech team and a State Champion. I’m not sure what else I could have done? I wanted to study and intern in DC, cause my passion is Political Science & International Studies. 
Frankly I had already moved on emotionally about a week ago, because of the delays in admissions and the likelihood that I could not afford it anyway.
Congrats to those that got in and for those that didn’t everything happens for a reason. I’m sure you all have other good choices, as I do. We just need to grow where we are planted!
