I knew it would come down to these two. Majoring in International Business, considering minoring in International Affairs or a language. I plan on eventually getting my MBA and later JD to be a corporate counsel attorney overseas. I visited both schools and fell in love with both. I didn't get to spend as much time in Boston as in DC, but Boston kind of reminded me of New Orleans, where I'm from. I like that Hockey's a big thing in Boston, but that's not a top priority. Coming from the south, Boston weather might be a change, but I've always liked the cold.

Still waiting on GW's financial aid, but this is kind of a big decision.

Did you get any aid from BU? Boston is a great place to go to college, and BU is a great school, but if you’re looking for a traditional college campus, BU isn’t it. The campus is strung out along Commonwelath Avenue with no particular focus. I’m a BU Law grad and my degree has served me well over the last 25 years. I can’t really comment on the International Business part, but the law school is well respected.
