They said very soon on their insta page, I really thought it was gonna come out today : ( especially since their decisions usually come out on Friday

it was an instagram story where they were responding to questions. obviously the official notification date is on/by march 31, but the person answering questions said decisions were coming “very soon” and to “keep checking the portal.”
take from that what you will.

No, it means it could be any work day between now and March 31.
I think Monday, March 22 is possible, but my guess is probably worth an empty candy wrapper.
