<p>This will be the OFFICIAL thread for the High School class of 2013, GWU Class of 2017. This is limited to Early Decision 1 Applicants only. I know there are some of you posting in this section of CC. Decisions come out according to the website "Mid- December". Today is December 11th, so I hope this week we'll all know.</p>

<p>I think they are going to release the decisions this Friday.</p>

<p>Thank you for starting this thread! So nervous. Will we definitely hear back on Friday or is that just a guess?</p>

<p>I applied to CCAS looking to major in Political Science, possibly minoring in Political Communications. In another thread someone had called the office and they said a couple days before/ a couple days after the 15th. Someone who researched past years said that it’s the Thursday before/ after the given date, which would make it the 14th or the 21st.</p>

<p>I forgot to check my email, but they sent something to the tune of:</p>

<p>“Thank you for applying Early Decision to the George Washington University and for giving us the opportunity to know more about you. Your wait is almost over as we plan to post decisions on the Application Status Check of the GW Admissions Activity Center after 6:00pm (EST) Wednesday, December 12.”</p>

<p>SO EXCITED.</p>

<p>I’m shocked, I’m accepted to Elliott as well. I thought they’d never overlook the 3.2 gpa. Still waiting on honors college, but this is great!</p>
