<p>dying to know if i'd get into George Washington...it's my first choice, dream college, but i think it may be a stretch...

<p>AP classes: AP European History, AP US History, AP Bio, AP English, Honors English frosh and soph year, Honors Chem soph year, and senior year my APs are: AP Gov, AP Econ, AP english and advanced constitutional law</p>
<p>SAT: 1980</p>
<p>ACT: idk yet....maybe a 28? </p>
<p>Other stuff:
~~I grew up in Maryland, Cambodia, Thailand, Oregon...so i'm somewhat international?</p>
<p>~~dancer for 13 years, started when I was 4. Started irish dance, specifically, when I was 8, I'm a 4 time world qualifier in solo competition. with my team, i placed first in seventh grade at nationals, and won 5th at worlds in 2006. </p>
<p>~~I tutor Somali refugees</p>
<p>~~I participate in Model United Nation, I won Most Valuable Defender Of Country Policy twice, once for representation of Iraq, the other for Palestine (ironiccc haha)</p>
<p>~~ I participate in Youth and Government, where you write congressional bills and debate
them in the state capital building. I won the Oregon Heritage award for Measure Writing Excellence my soph year</p>
<p>~~ I participate in Junior Statesmen of America, it's essentially the same as Youth&Gov, but the bills are on the federal level as opposed to just state level</p>
<p>~~ I participate in Mock Trial</p>
<p>~~ I've been on school newspaper all four years, I was the Editor in Chief of the rookie newspaper my frosh year, and I'm in the running for Editor in Chief of the senior paper (gahh i want it SO BAD..im a big newspaper geek)</p>
<p>~~ I also write for the city paper, I'm a member of our Youth Board on the paper</p>
<p>~~ I'm in National Honors Society and French National Honors Society</p>
<p>~~ I'm a member of Key Club, Peace Club, French Club, and Darfur Club (raise money to donate to nonprofits aiding an end to the genocide)</p>

<p>I want to major in international relations and ethnic and religious conflict studies, I fell in love with the school, but I know my GPA isn't great, and I'm the most nervous test taker. My activities list is good, but I'm worried that's all i've got. please, give me your most brutally honest opinion</p>
